Efficient delivery of antibody into living cells using hemagglutinating virus of Japan (HVJ) envelope.

 With this HVJ-E antibody delivery kit (GenomONE-CAb ), the IgG antibody incorporation enhancer (ZZNP-d1), which was developed by our company, markedly improves the efficiency of incorporation of IgG molecules into HVJ-E compared to the existing HVJ-E vectors kit (GenomONE-Neo ). Thanks to this feature, this system allows efficient delivery of IgG molecules into the cytoplasm of living cells.

In this paper, the detailed experimental procedures and some applications of the GenomONE-CAb kit are described by scientists who have been working at Central Research Institute of Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd. (Osaka, Japan) and were involved in the development of the HVJ-E antibody delivery system.
