LUSHADE_® BLACK, an ultra-low-reflectance structural black pigment, has been featured in a technical article published in PCI Magazine (Paint & Coatings Industry), a U.S. trade publication serving the paint and coatings industry.

LUSHADE_® BLACK absorbs more than 99.0% of visible light and achieves an ultra-low reflectance of 1.0% or less. Its unique optical properties are expected to support a wide range of applications, including optical components and automotive sensors, where ultra-low reflectance helps suppress stray light; LiDAR-related applications, which can leverage its
near-infrared reflectance; and design and art applications that benefit from its deep black appearance.
