To protect the personal information of our
customers, suppliers and all other parties who provide us with their
personal information (hereinafter referred to as "related parties"),
Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter
referred to as the "Company") take the following initiatives:

| 1. Gathering personal information |
| When the Company requests related parties
to offer their personal information, the Company tells them in advance
the purpose of gathering such information. |
| 2. Using personal information |
| The Company will use personal information
only for the purposes of use agreed upon by the related parties. |
| 3. Providing personal information to a third party |
| The Company will not offer or disclose personal
information to any third party without permission of related parties,
unless for justifiable reason, including order by legal, court, police
or other relevant public organization. |
| 4. Respecting the rights of related parties |
| Whenever a related party informs the Company
(through contact persons) of his or her desire to disclose, correct
or delete his or her personal information, the Company will respond
to such demand immediately. |
| 5. Observing relevant laws and regulations |
| The Company will comply with relevant laws
and regulations, together with in-house codes relating to personal
information protection. |
| 6. Controlling personal information |
| In each section that handles personal information,
the Company will appoint a person responsible for the control of personal
information, who will control such information in accordance with
the Company's policies. |
| 7. Taking safety measures |
| To prevent illegal access to personal information,
as well as its loss and leakage, the Company will improve its security
measures. When the Company outsources the handling of personal information,
the Company will instruct and supervise the outsourced agent to control
personal information adequately. To this end, the Company will conclude
a contract with each outsourced agent, stipulating that the level
of personal information control be as strict as the Company's. |
