The Company will comply with relevant laws and regulations, together with in-house codes relating to personal information protection.
6. Controlling personal information
In each section that handles personal information, the Company will appoint a person responsible for the control of personal information, who will control such information in accordance with the Company's policies.
7. Taking safety measures
To prevent illegal access to personal information, as well as its loss and leakage, the Company will improve its security measures. When the Company outsources the handling of personal information, the Company will instruct and supervise the outsourced agent to control personal information adequately. To this end, the Company will conclude a contract with each outsourced agent, stipulating that the level of personal information control be as strict as the Company's.
