YELLOW pigments
TY-55, TY-100

We developed these products by combining our proprietary grinding/classification technology and surface treatment technology such as coating with alumina hydroxide. They are mainly used in various types of paints since they give excellent gloss to the paint films and easily disperse in the paints.

TY-50, TY-70, TY-70S, TY-150, TY-200, TY-300, TY-400

Due to excellent hiding power and heat resistance, these products are suitable for use in plastics.

TY-70S and all Reddish Yellow series products have been included in the positive list of the Japan Hygienic Olefin and Styrene Plastics Association.

Safety of TIPAQUE Yellow Page Top
Heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, antimony, and mercury are usually toxic. However, TIPAQUE Yellow hardly allows any antimony, nickel or chrome to dissolve into water since this product is a solid solution. Because this product contains chrome in a trivalent state, it is non-hazardous. Therefore, we can feel confident in using this product instead of chrome yellow or cadmium yellow.
