Biodiversity Conservation
Our company deeply recognizes the impact of our business activities on biodiversity and positions biodiversity conservation as an important management issue. We have established our "Biodiversity Conservation Policy." We promote initiatives for the conservation and restoration of natural capital in collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by harmonizing business activities with biodiversity.

Initiatives for Biodiversity Conservation
Promoting 30by30
30by30 is an international goal to effectively conserve at least 30% of land and sea as healthy ecosystems by 2030. Our company participates in the Ministry of the Environment-led "30by30 Alliance for Biodiversity," consisting of voluntary companies, local governments, and organizations, and promotes initiatives toward the conservation of natural capital.

ISK Forest
In February 2026, our company concluded an "Agreement on Corporate Forest Development Activities" with Hyogo Prefecture, Ono City, and the Hyogo Prefecture Greenery Promotion Association. Accordingly, we named an approximately 0.9-hectare area on the northeast side of Ono Alps, adjacent to the Hyogo Ono Research Center, "ISK Forest" and have begun forest development activities.
In forest development activities held twice a year with employee participation, we conduct selective thinning of broadleaf evergreen trees, undergrowth clearing, and vine cutting under the guidance of the local forestry cooperative. Through these activities, we enhance forest health and work to improve the multifunctional benefits of forests, such as carbon dioxide absorption and biodiversity conservation.
In addition to these activities, we promote initiatives in collaboration with the local community through participation in forest volunteer activities centered on local residents.

Participation in Community Activities
Tree Cultivation and Forest Maintenance Activities at "Kyosei no Mori" (Symbiosis Forest)
We participate in tree cultivation and forest maintenance activities at "Sakai Ward 7-3 Kyosei no Mori" located in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.
To contribute to the conservation and restoration of regional biodiversity, our company participates in the co-creation community "Wellbe-Meeting," and as part of these activities, we conduct forest development activities at Osaka Prefecture's nature coexistence sites.
