In implementing environmental protection and safety and health promotion initiatives in line with the basic philosophy of Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd. (ISK), ISK has adopted the following basic policies to help to realize a sustainable society and fulfill our Corporate Purpose of "To continue contributing to better living environments through chemical technologies."
We are undertaking a range of environmental, safety, and health activities that comprise the basis of our sustainable business activities.

1.Initiatives to address climate change

    In our business activities, ISK will strive to prevent pollution and promote the reduction of industrial waste and pollutant emissions.

    In development activities, ISK will aim to develop products with low environmental impact and promote the conservation of biodiversity.

3.Occupational safety and health promotion, security, and disaster prevention

To promote the safety, security, and health of employees and local residents in relevant areas, ISK will abide by laws and regulations concerning safety, hygiene, security and disaster prevention, work to prevent accidents and disasters, and step up efforts to create a safe and comfortable workplace.

4.Sharing information with society

To maintain management transparency, ISK will continue to promote close communication with the public, providing information about our activities for environmental protection and safety & health promotion.
