Communication with Shareholders and Investors

We engage in communication with shareholders and investors as follows (as of April 2026).

  1. 1.
    We have an Investor Relations Division, a part of Finance & Accounting Headquarters which in charged with formulating the policies and strategies that guide our IR activities, studying how information should be disclosed to our stakeholders and Investors.
  2. 2.
    We hold financial results briefings twice a year in spring and autumn, providing opportunities for communication between top management and institutional investors (see Table 1 below).
    In addition, we held our first small meeting in Tokyo on November 27, 2025, which was attended by eight institutional investors.
  3. 3.
    We also had an online briefing for individual investors and shareholders on the evening of November 27, 2025. During this event, our top management shared their thoughts and perspectives with more than 2,000 attendees.

    We host an annual roundtable with major shareholders with voting rights on topics including our business performance and corporate governance initiatives. In addition to reporting views and information from those events to the Board of Directors and sharing them with board members, we use them to improve our governance.

    The Director of Finance & Accounting Headquarters serves as the executive responsible for constructive dialogue with shareholders and investors.
    We engage in one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and actively exchange views on matters such as the growth strategies of each business and shareholder returns (see Table 2 below).

    About the General Meetings of Shareholders, we provide materials both electronically and in print earlier than legally required. In addition, convocation notices for shareholders’ meetings are translated into English in their entirety, including business reports.

    We will help realize a sustainable society through our business activities while building trust-based relationships with society by communicating with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees.
    We’ve put in place structures to promote dialogue with shareholders, and we are dedicated to providing a continued stable return for shareholders and investors.
